The idea behind this Haveli was to define a traditional mansion while matching the Keemo of modern era home at the same time. Thakur Ji Villa has a private studio that serves as a huge office space to work. So, one can term it as office cum residence. Four-side cavity wall element, with an energetic colour scheme, recycled teakwood, and POP is used on walls & ceilings to accentuate and maintain cooling effect throughout the seasons. Every room has illustrations of Lord Krishna but in a different way, which adds up more beauty to this villa. Apart from this, it describes the soul of ancient style architecture within a modern villa embracing elements like Jali work accomplished with the ambience of double-height central space, which outlines new form of design with materials. With transition flooring throughout the home is kept in a way to give it a graceful look and flexibility.
